    Located in southwest Airdrie, Osborne Acres is a 160-acre legacy neighbourhood built on the pillars of inclusion, equity and sustainability – embodying the elements of a complete community – where residents can live, work, grow and play within a comprehensively designed, walkable environment.

    As a diverse and inclusive neighbourhood, Osborne Acres will welcome 2,500 residents with a variety of housing options, from low density amenity homes to affordable and seniors housing, that foster belonging and accessibility for all.

    Almost 18% of the area in Osborne Acres is dedicated to open space. The centrally located expansive Osborne Pond, which integrates the stormwater facility, supports areas of natural habitat, interpretive trails and pathways that celebrate the legacy of the Osborne family.

    Osborne Common, the main entranceway with street-oriented homes is anchored by local retail amenities and the school site to be the neighbourhood hub that will cultivate a culture of engagement, enhancing the everyday experience of Osborne Acres residents. Osborne Junction, located at the south end along 56 Avenue, is a vibrant mixed-use hub of commercial, employment and affordable housing, enabling the residents to live and work in close proximity.
